Visiting Legacy Club's new home

Legacy Club of South Australia & Broken Hill is a charity which currently supports over 3,000 families of Australian Defence Force veterans who have sadly died or become incapacitated either during war, or subsequently.

When I was Heritage Minister (part of the Environment portfolio), I worked with former Veterans’ minister, Steven Marshall to develop a new home for Legacy in the Torrens Parade Ground building. It was wonderful to be able to visit their new premises and see this great organisation thriving in a new home.
