Mount Lofty tree clearing needs urgent investigation

The environmental travesty that has unfolded at Mount Lofty in the Adelaide Hills is something that we are still awaiting answers to. I've been calling for a parliamentary investigation into how and why unauthorised clearance of more than half a hectare of native vegetation was able to occur.

This has no doubt had widespread impacts on the biodiversity of this land, including disrupting the homes of many native animals such as koalas, bandicoots and birdlife.This issue has been going on for far too long, and it's time we got some answers. You can read more about the issue here.
