It's always great to see South Australian businesses developing innovative new products, especially when they help cut down on single use plastics. Yesterday I visited Ennio International at Holden Hill, a family business that switched from making fabrics to weaving textiles for food products, including the netting found around fruits, vegetables, and cured meats. They've developed a new biodegradable netting to cut down on waste and are the first company in Australia to receive accreditation for this. It was fascinating touring their facility and seeing the unique products they create and the great work they do.
