New RSPCA HQ at Glenthorne

The RSPCA's Animal Care Centre is now open in Glenthorne National Park at O'Halloran Hill. This state of the art facility includes the RSPCA South Australia headquarters, an education centre, as well as veterinary clinic and specialist care services for domestic animals and native wildlife.

Back when I was Environment Minister, I worked closely with the RSPCA to see this land provided to them and to help develop the vision of a 'Gateway to Glenthorne'. It was amazing to see this come to reality today and to tour the expansive campus.

Thank you to all the volunteers, donors and the RSPCA staff and board members (past and present) for making this a reality.
