Our Park Lands are uniquely South Australian. We should be growing the green space in our city, not concreting over it. But that’s a real possibility with the suggestion by the Malinauskas Labor government that the police barracks could make a new home in our Park Lands. The Ombudsman has come down on them today, requesting the government release the site options for these police barracks, be transparent and let South Australians know what’s going on.
