MYTH BUSTING 🙅♂️
You might have heard that we send our plastic recyclables to landfill or overseas - in South Australia that's just nonsense!
We've got a great system in this state, with some great local businesses such as Recycling Plastics Australia (RPA) taking waste and turning it into new products. We have capacity in this state to take all our state’s plastics and we’re looking at expanding further still!
In South Australia we're leading the world, creating jobs, and contributing to a truly circular economy.
