Meeting with Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price

Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price is an inspirational senator, community leader and Aboriginal woman representing the Northern Territory in the Senate and leading the Fair Australia campaign. Her commonsense, no nonsense approach to issues involving Aboriginal Australians is refreshing. Today I spent time talking to Jacinta about the divisive nature of the upcoming referendum, the uncertainty of its outcomes and its permanency with the constitution. It’s hard to ignore the wisdom of a woman whose career has been dedicated to improving the lives of Aboriginal Australians in the most practical of ways.
