$12 million for Waste Management

Today the Marshall Liberal government has announced a $12 million waste management and resource recovery transition package.

We know that landfill is one of the most significant contributors to greenhouse gas emissions that are incredibly harmful to our climate and that councils and industry need to have the tools to divert more for resource recovery and continue moving South Australia towards a truly circular economy.

This funding will assist with providing those tools to assist us in creating a better future for our environment.
